1. After purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days.
2. If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery the buyer has 14 days to send the product back to the seller for a refund which includes postage back to the seller.
3. General ware and tear is to be expected and so returns and refunds will not be issued for such circumstances post the 14 day returns period.
4. If the product breaks within three months of purchase due to general regular use the item may be sent back to be repaired or the item will be replaced by a new one free of charge.
